Santa Baby, I really want a baptism this month...‏ {December 22}

HEY Y'ALL!

I'm Gorbea with Hna. Gallegos. I love it and she's awesome. She's from England, she's latina but she lived in England before she came here. So she speaks english and spanish. So I help her with english and she helps me with spanish. It's a really pretty place here and it's a small town, which I adore. The people are so much more receptive. YAAAYY! Anway, Christmas should be great.

This week has just been crazy. Hahah our house is the most ghetto house I've ever lived in. It's freezing! We're prob moving to a new house cause there's too many creepy men around, and on saturday there was someone banging on the door at 11:30 at night. Scared the crap out of me haha. But on sunday President Bluth and Hna. Bluth came and surprised us and came to our branch! I was nervous cause I had to talk and introduce myself. But I DID IT. Phew.

I wish you all a very MEEERRY HICK CHRISTMAS! Just cause that sounds more fun haha.

I'm so grateful for my Savior and the many opportunites I have to repent and to be and become a better person. I know we always need to change, and it's only through Christ that we can do so. Only through Him we can receive eternal life and exaltation. May we all do something different this year to remmeber Him.

Sorry forgot to mention, Daniel our investigator in Cañete got baptized!
Sure we couldn't be there, but the elders took over. I'm so grateful. Too bad our sector was closed, I'm glad our fruits were left to be picked. Now Oscar needs to for the 24th of January, that was his goal before we left. Anyway, I'M HAAPPY.

ME VOY! Boo.‏ {December 15}

All y'all:

I'm leaving... Sad day. I'm going to the end of the world to the South haha. A place called Nueva Tolten in Gorbea. Dang it. Oh sadder news, they closed my sector so Hna. Nonu is leaving too. She's heading off to San Pedro! We both get Latina comps. PARRRTTTAY. ¡Feliz Navidad! Oh this Christmas conference we had was so great. I loved it! I got to see some old mission friends, which was good. I knew I was leaving, so I already packed but now Hna. Nonu has to!

I'm feeling a lot better now. Daniel has a baptism date for the 20th and now the elders have to take over. Lucky them. Yesterday I spoke in the church about service, which is a good topic. I know the best service I've ever had is missionary service, because I've never felt closer to God as I do right now. I'm thankful that I get to meet new people everyday, I love it. I'm meeting His children everyday. He trusts me, and I'm just trying to do my best. Thanks for loving me.

Love,
